Reflexology Foot Massage -Foot Reflexology is the practice of applying pressure to specific reflex points on the feet which correspond to different systems in the body. Reflexology supports sluggish organs by stimulating nerve function, releasing toxins, increasing blood flow & nutrients throughout the body. It also supports the body’s musculoskeletal system by releasing trigger points which correspond to tension in the neck, shoulders, and back. Reflexology is more than a foot massage and requires a trained and certified Reflexologist. (30 or 60 min)

Ionic Detox Foot Bath

We provide an ionic foot bath designed to improve your body’s energy and balance, while promoting and encouraging your body’s natural detoxification systems.

So how does it work? There are Energy Meridians, very similar to the nervous system, that run throughout the body conducting energy. Stimulating those points manually is called Reflexology. Putting needles at various points of those Meridians is called Acupuncture. Pressing on various points of the Meridians is called Acupressure.

The Ionic Foot Detox Bath is a first cousin of those three modalities.

The Ionic Foot Bath puts a NEGATIVE electrical (Ionic) charge in the water with your feet in it, which energizes the Energy Meridians allowing the Negatively Charged Ions to travel all your body; into the organs as well as the tissues.

But how does it detox? Toxins attach themselves to the body's tissues (including in the organs) by a Positive Electrical (Ionic) charge. The Negative (Ionic) charge that has been pulled into the body is slightly stronger and therefore breaks the toxins' bond(s) to the body allowing them to float free and be flushed out of the body by the Lymphatic System.
